Eu não consigo ser capaz de atualizar ou instalar os pacotes no meu servidor uBuntu 14.04 LTS Minimal VPS.
Toda vez que eu executo apt-get update i recebo a seguinte mensagem:

No início, o servidor estava empurrando IPV6 em vez de IPv4, mantendo a atualização% em 0, eu corrigi-lo por:
If you want to make the setting persistent just create /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99force-ipv4 and put Acquire::ForceIPv4 "true"; in it.
Mas agora chego a 100%, mas ainda falha.
