Estou usando o Ubuntu 14.04 LTS e, de repente, meu som parou de funcionar! Quando eu vou para as configurações de som aparece que minha placa de som é uma saída fictícia - assim mesmo! Use um Dell Latitude 3440 sem placa de vídeo HDMI e Nvidia, o que poderia ser também o caso de problemas Faça testes de som e nada acontece!
A única coisa que fiz diferente foi usar um modem 4G. Ele está errado? Algum tipo de conflito?
Já realizamos várias etapas para resolver esse problema, incluindo este Link e sem sucesso.
Quando tento executar o "alsamixer", o diretório é inválido! Mas eu poderia executar o seguinte comando e analisar os parâmetros: sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf - mas o comando do mixer não funciona!
Eu acredito que devo reinstalar a placa de som, mas não posso fazer este procedimento! Alguém pode me ajudar?
