Eu tenho um problema inicializando meu sistema, o que posso fazer para corrigir isso?

Não consigo inicializar no Linux ou no Windows agora.

Eu fiz o reparo da inicialização, mas toda vez que eu ligo o computador ele vai para o Windows e depois para o modo de recuperação, e eu passei por isso e ainda me traz de volta.

Eu só posso entrar no Ubuntu através do disco ao vivo.

Primeiro você tem que consertar o Windows Boot Loader, depois de reinstalar o grub em suas partições do Ubuntu Ext4. Siga os links abaixo
