Estou enfrentando um grande problema em relação ao Wi-Fi no Ubuntu 14.0.4. O sistema é o Lenovo G580.
Eu li quase 50 + tópicos relacionados a este problema, mas nenhum deles está trabalhando para mim.

No canto direito do painel superior do Unity, a guia Conexão exibe "O Wi-Fi está desativado por meio da troca de hardware".
Eu também tentei reparar esse problema por meio do Troubleshooter no Windows 10, mas isso também não levou a lugar nenhum. Ele mostra que a conectividade Wi-Fi está desativada.

Experimente a combinação de teclas Função (Fn) no seu teclado para ativar a WLAN. (Encontre a tecla Fn e a tecla com uma antena WiFi colorida e, em seguida, pressione e segure a tecla Fn e depois pressione o botão colorido da antena WiFi.)
Isso pode resolvê-lo? Ou apenas certifique-se de que você tentou mesmo este.
Desde que os métodos normais não funcionaram e mesmo que eu achei que isso funcione apenas com laptops Toshiba.
