Eu tenho o Ubuntu 12.10 instalado, já que há cerca de um mês atrás não consigo instalar nenhum programa do centro de software, nem do synaptic ou do terminal, e também não consigo atualizar meu software instalado. Aqui está uma captura de tela do Centro de software:

P.S. Eu já vi este Update Manager incapaz de obter atualizações , mas que didn ' t help me, então por favor não marque esta questão como duplicata

Parece que você configurou um servidor proxy "127.0.0.1:9050"; talvez alguns programas anti-filtragem ou algo parecido. por isso, se você não persistir em usar esse proxy, abra network e defina proxy como none (ou qualquer outro proxy que você precisar) e clique em set system wide. então você deve ter a capacidade de usar sudo apt-get update para atualizar a lista de pacotes e depois instalá-los via sudo apt-get install ou usando synaptic ou software-center.

Se você persistir em usar o servidor proxy, primeiro verifique se você pode acessar a Internet com esse proxy (usando o Firefox ou qualquer outro navegador com esse proxy e abrindo um site). Em seguida, defina o proxy em rede e configure o sistema como um todo. lembre-se que se o seu proxy precisar de autenticação, você deve editar o arquivo /etc/apt/apt.conf manualmente para algo semelhante a
