Quando eu comando sudo apt-get update , obtenho

Poderia ser que o motivo tenha algo a ver com minhas sources.list

ou o que posso fazer para corrigir isso? Estou usando o Kubuntu 14.4.

Esse aviso significa que você adicionou um pouco de geogebra de repositório.

O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/geogebra.list contém alguma porcaria ou o repositório não funciona mais.

Você pode excluir este arquivo. O programa instalado a partir desse repositório não será removido.
