ubuntu 16.10 O konsole é muito lento conectando-se a gb.archive.ubuntu.com [duplicado]

Por que apt-get install é sempre lento nessa linha abaixo?

Demora até 5 a 10 minutos, por vezes. Ele fica preso a maior parte do tempo.

Por exemplo:
