Usando o mouse como dispositivo compatível com HID no Ubuntu

Objetivo: Eu tenho um quadro branco que emula como mouse. Assim, quando você clica e arrasta no quadro, ele deve mover o cursor. Eu quero fazer um quadro branco funcionar no Ubuntu Funciona no windows. Informação de dispositivo: a saída de cat /proc/bus/input que contém as informações do dispositivo

Como bInterfaceProtocol é Nenhum, o Linux não o reconhece como um dispositivo de entrada do mouse.

Qual é a abordagem ideal para fazer engenharia reversa do Windows para que ele funcione no linux.

Eu escrevi o script que foi capaz de fazer o trabalho. Mas eu tive que descobrir o que as entradas do dispositivo significavam.
