falha na instalação do servidor NTP porque o ibopts25 não está disponível [fechado]

eu tenho servidor ubuntu 15.04, e agora eu tentei instalar o servidor NTP, mas não posso instalar porque alguns pacotes estavam faltando sudo apt-get install

O Ubuntu 15.04 não é suportado desde 2 anos . É por isso que não há dados disponíveis para ele.

Na verdade, não é uma reles LTS. Atualizar para uma versão suportada, por ex. 16.04 (LTS) ou 17.10.
