Não é possível instalar o postgresql 10 no Ubuntu

Estou executando este comando para instalar o postgesql no meu Ubuntu 14.04

sudo apt-get install postgresql postgresql-contrib

Estou recebendo um erro durante a instalação:

A resposta aceita em postgresql -falha-se-reinstalar-após-atualização-ubuntu-12-04-a-14-04 funcionou para mim.
