Para facilitar as coisas, aqui está um script que escrevi antes, mas modificado para sua pergunta. Ele também pode ser encontrado no meu repositório pessoal do github . Isso facilita a adição da quantidade desejada de troca com um único comando.
Etapas para configurá-lo:
- Copie o script apresentado abaixo
- Salve como arquivo em algum lugar no diretório come. Nomeie-o como
addswap.sh
- Abra o terminal e faça
cd <directory where you saved the script>
- Executar
chmod +x ./addswap.sh
O uso é muito simples:
sudo ./addswap.sh INTEGER LETTER
Para adicionar 1 gigabyte, você deve fazer sudo ./addswap.sh 1 G
. Para adicionar 1 megabyte do sudo ./addswap.sh 1 M
