Problema ao obter uma lista do meu servidor ntp

Eu preciso olhar para o MONLIST do meu servidor NTP mas quando eu executo o comando ntpdc -n -c monlist eu recebo ***Server reports data not found e não entendo porque eu acho que meu arquivo ntp.conf deve habilitar monlist. Aqui está o meu arquivo ntp.conf

Rede 192.168.2.0/24 e 192.168.3.0/24 são minha rede privada que deseja usar para controlar o servidor. Qualquer ajuda seria apreciada

Pode ser que "ativar" tenha sido escrito errado ("monitor enalbe").
