Estou usando o Ubuntu e o Windows 10 por inicialização dupla. quando eu inicializo o Ubuntu diz que está conectado, mas não consegue acessar a internet. Mas eu posso acessar a internet depois de 15 a 30 minutos se neste momento eu não tocar no meu pc. por que esse problema?

No seu log eu vejo que o ipv6 está configurado também

Você pode modificar as configurações do ipv6 na placa de rede para Método: Ignorar e ver se funciona?

Você precisa verificar as configurações de DNS da sua rede. Ir para Rede - > Configurações - > Configurações de IPV4 - > Configurações de DNS adicionais adicione o endereço DNS fornecido pelo provedor de serviços, reinicie o navegador e verifique.
