Eu tenho máquinas master e slave e desejo poder usar ssh sem senha entre contas de root.
No escravo eu fiz sudo su - root
e passwd
para configurar uma senha de root.
No escravo, editei /etc/ssh/sshd_config
e adicionei PermitRootLogin yes
Isso permitiu que eu fizesse o seguinte no master:
ssh-keygen -t rsa -P '' -f ~/.ssh/id_rsa_root
cat ~/.ssh/id_rsa_root.pub >> ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
sudo chmod 600 ~/.ssh/id_rsa_root
sudo chmod 600 ~/.ssh/id_rsa_root.pub
ssh-copy-id -i $HOME/.ssh/id_rsa_root.pub root@slave
Mas agora, quando eu tento ssh root@slave
, ele sempre pede uma senha e, em seguida, permite o login.
Eu tentei editar escravos /etc/ssh/sshd_config
e alterando PermitRootLogin yes
para PermitRootLogin without-password
, mas ssh root@slave
deu Permission denied
.
Rasgando meu cabelo, qualquer ajuda é muito apreciada!
PS: Estou rodando o ubuntu 16.04 e faço login para root no master para fazer conexão com o slave usando sudo su - root
mas eu fiz as coisas no slave como um usuário diferente (talvez isso faça diferença?)
EDIT: Eu adicionei a saída de ssh -v root@slave2
