É uma caixa errante criada com o link
Estou atrás de um proxy. Eu tinha configurado o apt-get para usar o proxy, mas eu tinha uma barra no final do URL do proxy.
Para algumas coisas, como obter a lista de fontes, isso funcionou bem. Mas, para fazer o download dos artefatos reais, isso causou um problema.
A solução foi remover a barra final do URL do proxy.
