não pode reproduzir arquivos wmv - Falha ao inicializar o dispositivo VAAPI

Estou tentando executar arquivos wmv e tentei alguns conselhos daqui, mas sem sucesso algum. Eu tenho vlc e ubuntu-restricted-extras . Eu também fiz um purge , autoremove e re install deles.

Isso é o que eu recebo.
