Quando eu uso o Ubuntu 16.04 em um SSD do meu HP Probook, leva muito tempo para inicializar.
A saída de systemd-analyze é:
Startup finished in 15.630s (kernel) + 7.430s (userspace) = 23.061s
O problema é o tempo do kernel, que geralmente é mais rápido de carregar, por exemplo, quando eu uso meu outro disco rígido com o Ubuntu 16.04 nele.
