Gstreamer Seg Falha no Ubuntu 16.04

Eu não tenho certeza se isso é específico para o Ubuntu 16.04, mas é aí que estou correndo. Eu estou tentando usar o GStreamer dentro do meu aplicativo em execução no Ubuntu para enviar alguns quadros de vídeo para outro aplicativo para ver. Estou recebendo uma falha seg e não sei para onde ir a partir daqui. Qualquer ajuda é muito apreciada.
