Parece que você adicionou um PPA e este PPA não está mais ativo ou não inclui pacotes para o Xenial. Para remover este PPA, você deve executar os seguintes comandos:
sudo ppa-purge ppa:chris-lea/libsodium
sudo ppa-purge ppa:mc3man/trusty-media
Isso removeu os dois PPAs que estão causando esse erro, de acordo com sua captura de tela. Depois de terminar, você pode executar isso para atualizar as informações do repositório:
