Eu sou novo no php. Não consigo iniciar o Proftpd no xampp. Eu estou usando o Ubuntu 64bit .few dias de volta o seu trabalho corretamente, mas agora ele não está funcionando

Por favor, remova a linha que começa com: "Aviso: inicialização do PHP: não é possível carregar a biblioteca dinâmica ..." e, em seguida, coloque a parte "UserPassword daemon" e a senha em uma linha, assim como a sintaxe da linha anterior.
A propósito. Faz sentido mudar suas senhas se isso for usado fora da sua LAN local.
