Como revogar este comando?

SO: Ubuntu Server 14.04 LTS

Eu apenas cometi um erro simples, não sei o que eu escrevo, porque agora não consigo rastrear o histórico de comandos.

Acho que usei $ chmod go + wx / tmp / tomcat7-tomcat7-tmp

Aqui está o problema definido:

Agora não consigo fazer login como root ou usuário normal também.

Alguém pode me ajudar a recuperar meu servidor para o estágio normal?

Aqui está a saída do console quando eu tentei usar o login ssh
