Como posso fazer upload do arquivo zip no link HTML, por script de shell ou terminal

Meu arquivo zip está na minha área de trabalho. location ( /home/User/Desktop/example.zip ) Quero fazer o upload desse arquivo em this por terminal ou shell script. Existe alguma solução?
