Não é possível instalar o w3m e o w3m-img usando o terminal!

Antes de mais nada, se você analisar de perto sua saída, a atualização funcionará bem. O que falha é instalar w3m-img package. Eu recomendo strongmente que você verifique se você tem universe repository habilitado, porque w3m-img package pertence a esse repositório. Veja a saída abaixo:
