Estou tentando instalar o apache2-bin porque não consigo reiniciar o apache2 em uma configuração ausente ou interrompida. Meu site está inativo ou não será redirecionado corretamente sem o apache2 em execução. Então, o que eu tenho é esse erro que ocorre quando tento instalar:

Esse problema foi resolvido com a seguinte resposta:
Primeiro:
sudo apt-get --purge remove apache2
sudo apt-get autoremove
A instalação do apache2 é tão simples quanto:
sudo apt-get install apache2
sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
