Corrigido! Acabei de excluir todos os arquivos .user na pasta do projeto.
Sempre que eu tento executar um aplicativo através do Ubuntu SDK, ele apresenta o seguinte erro na guia "Compile Output":

Please check if it is added to the install targets in your project file
