como obter um dongle WWAN apenas aparecendo em parte para funcionar correto / permanente?

Question

Eu tenho um notebook ( HP EliteBook 8460p ) com um HP hs2340 HSPA + Módulo de Banda Larga Móvel ( Ericsson F5521gw - o rótulo que encontrei no dongle de hardware da WWAN) ...

desde os primeiros dias no módulo de banda larga não estava realmente funcionando, mas eu não precisava disso, então não importava ... de vez em quando (mas muito raro) a opção desmarcada " Mobile Broadband "apareceu no painel (network-manager-).

Eu estou usando o Ubuntu preciso com um kernel 3.2, e agora eu atualizei para um kernel 3.13 lts-trusty sem alterações (neste assunto).

esta pergunta e respostas parece estar relacionado, mas não funcionou.

as únicas coisas que encontrei e podem estar relacionadas ao meu módulo de banda larga são as linhas em /lib/udev/rules.d/77-mm-ericsson-mbm.rules :

a propósito: também lsusb não lista o dongle WWAN ...

ATUALIZAÇÃO:

hoje o módulo estava funcionando sem nenhum problema, então eu executei alguns comandos para coletar o máximo de informações possível ... não sei se isso ajuda ...

Ontem eu acertei o tópico novamente, primeiro a banda larga móvel estava funcionando e depois de pouco tempo não ... e algum tempo depois percebi, estava funcionando novamente depois que eu inseri a bateria na sua baia! - e foi isso !!! com a bateria na baia, o dongle da WWAN funciona como um encanto e sem ele não.

então eu finalmente liguei para o suporte da HP e perguntei qual é a mater com a bateria e o instável WWAN-dongle (para resolver se é uma conexão frouxa)!
eles responderam, é por design que a bateria (original) tem que estar na sua baía para estabelecer uma conexão com o dongle WWAN, também se a bateria estiver quebrada por causa de um curto-circuito!

Eu não posso acreditar que isso seja realmente necessário, porque o cartão SIM é colocado em um slot push-push (atrás da bateria) e o donge / antena em si é colocado no outro lado do notebook. br> e adicionalmente eu estou um pouco desapontado porque uma bateria inserida todo o tempo reduz sua vida ...! : - /

TL; DR:

é uma "conexão" relacionada a hardware ... insira a bateria (e deixe-a na baia) e pronto.

alguém tem experiência com esse tipo de conexões WWAN-dongle ...? - há talvez uma maneira de fazê-lo funcionar sem ter a bateria energizada o tempo todo?
