Eu não tive sorte com o pacote, então acabei indo pelo caminho mais longo e instalando / configurando através da distribuição à la link

Estou tentando instalar o perforce swarm seguindo este guia: link seguindo os passos para o Debian. Passou pelas duas primeiras etapas sem erros, parecia que eles estavam fazendo o que deveriam, então receba esta mensagem no passo 3. O que estou perdendo aqui?
