Não é possível conectar-se à rede usando o terminal

Question

Eu tenho tentado instalar programas usando terminal, mas sempre que recebo este erro:

Como você está em uma LAN corporativa, converse com seu departamento de TI, pois eles estão bloqueando ativamente seus pedidos, ou apenas faça isso em casa ou em um cybercafé ... ; -)
