ubuntu upgrade crash

Toda vez que tento atualizar meu Ubuntu, a atualização dos pacotes falha e isso veio:

A mensagem de erro diz LANGUAGE = (unset), LC_ALL = (unset), , diz que o idioma não está configurado. Então tente instalar o pacote de idiomas. Para o inglês você pode usar "sudo apt-get install language-pack-pt". Depois de instalar o idioma, tente executar o upgrade
