Cartão sem fio Broadcom 43142

No meu novo Asus A450J, tenho uma placa de rede sem fio Broadcom 43142 (14e4: 4365). Esta placa WiFi funciona bem sob o Win 8.1 pré-instalado.

Em uma nova instalação de um Ubuntu, meu cartão wifi não funciona. Eu tentei várias coisas (pacotes deb externos, ndiswrapper, várias instalações do Ubuntu) para fazê-lo funcionar, mas estou sempre preso ao mesmo problema: a placa parece bem reconhecida, mas não consigo ativá-la.

O pacote a seguir está instalado nativamente: bcmwl-kernel-source, ver 6.30.223. De post anterior , isso deve ser suficiente para o cartão funcionar, mas não é.

Um modprobe faz acreditar que está tudo bem:

mas o cartão continua sendo desativado:

Através da janela de configurações de rede, se eu ligar a placa wireless, ela se desliga quase que instantaneamente.

A notação em lshw de * -network DISABLED normalmente significa que o dispositivo sem fio está bloqueado pelo comutador de hardware ou combinação de teclas; Fn + F4 ou algo assim. Você pode verificar no terminal:

rfkill list all

Tenho certeza de que você tentou pressionar a tecla sem sucesso.

Os laptops da Asus têm um módulo de ajuda que supostamente transforma as principais impressoras em ação, ou seja, ligam a conexão sem fio. Frequentemente não funciona corretamente até que um parâmetro seja configurado. Por favor, tente:

echo "options asus_nb_wmi wapf=1" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/asus.conf

Reinicialize e veja se sua combinação de teclas sem fio e, portanto, sem fio estão funcionando como esperado.

Se wapf = 1 for ineficaz, você pode tentar wapf = 4, conhecido por funcionar em alguns casos, sobrescrevendo o arquivo com um 4:
