comando sudo apt-get não encontrado [duplicado]

Question

Eu não posso executar o apt-get update ou qualquer coisa envolve o comando apt-get. Eu tentei o dpkg --configure -a e é isso que ele disse.

Iniciar (Gerenciador de Pacotes Synaptic), digite-apt - na caixa de pesquisa rápida, na lista que você verá, clique com o botão direito e escolha (Marcar para instalação) e clique no botão Aplicar no topo. já instalado, escolha (Marcar para remoção completa) e clique no botão Aplicar, após a remoção completa, você precisa reinstalar o sistema apt e reiniciar.
