Ubuntu FTP instala e publica para rede LAN

Question

Novo aqui. Estou tentando instalar o servidor FTP (não SFTP ou VSFTPD) em ubuntu usando a versão do prompt de comando.

sudo apt-get install ftp

Ele é instalado com sucesso. Mas não acessível na rede quando eu estou tentando no navegador do Windows como:

ftp://'IP_ADDRESS'

Eu tenho que fazer mais alguma coisa?

Este comando:

sudo apt-get install ftp

instale um cliente ftp, não um servidor. Por isso, veja a saída de:

$apt-cache show ftp
