Com autotools eu recebo isso:

Instale build-essential se você não tiver feito isso. Você pode instalá-lo no Centro de Software ou com:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install build-essential

O gcc não contém g ++, estes são pacotes diferentes. Instale o g ++ :

apt-get install g++
