Não é possível remover o aplicativo

Estou tentando remover o postgresql-client-common da minha máquina, mas estou recebendo este erro:

Eu tentei: sudo apt-get -f install

Mas também falha:

Como corrijo o problema de pacote que recebi após uma tentativa fracassada de instalar o QtOctave?
