Não consigo atualizar ou instalar nenhum pacote. Por favor me ajude, o que devo fazer ..

O Ubuntu está lhe dizendo o que fazer execute 'apt-get -f install' para corrigir estes
Em seguida, em um comando promt, digite sudo apt-get update isso só atualizará o gerenciador de pacotes para os pacotes mais recentes. Depois de bem sucedido, você deve ser capaz de fazer: sudo apt-get upgrade
