Não é possível ativar o bluetooth devido ao adaptador [closed]

Não consigo usar meu Bluetooth com o Ubuntu 12.04 64 bits.

Eu instalei bluetooth , gnome-bluetooth e blueman packages. Mas estou recebendo um erro No adapter found .

Estou continuando, consegui usar meu bluetooth com o Ubuntu, cerca de 7 a 8 meses atrás. Então, o Ubuntu suporta o meu dispositivo bluetooth.

Como posso instalar meu bluetooth e resolver esse problema?

OBSERVAÇÃO , li muitas perguntas sobre isso. Geralmente há 3 respostas.

1. Atualizar para 12,04
2. execute sudo hciconfig hci0 reset command
3. desbloqueie seu dispositivo se ele estiver bloqueado.

Mas como você viu, nenhum deles me ajudou. Por causa disso, estou fazendo esta pergunta. Não é uma pergunta duplicada .
