Problema no apt-get update - Ubuntu 12.04? [duplicado]

Como resolver a seguinte mensagem de erro?

Mensagem de erro:

gerenciador de atualizações aberto vá para configurações - > o software do Ubuntu e desmarque o seu CDROM então vá para outro software e desmarque todos os CDROMs
