network simulator 3 (NS3) problema no Ubuntu 12.10

Muitos dos pacotes openmpi são mutuamente exclusivos. Você não pode simplesmente instalá-los todos, assim.

Além disso, note que o ns3 não foi criado com suporte a MPI, no Ubuntu. Então, instalar estes não ajudará.
