Upstart não está carregando serviços

Question

Eu tenho uma máquina que não carrega nenhum problema, mas muitos dos serviços não são iniciados.

O nível de execução quando eu faço login é "N 2".

Os serviços podem ser iniciados manualmente, mas não iniciados na inicialização.

Estou executando o 10.04.3 com todas as atualizações mais recentes. Eu encontrei o seguinte bug link e nada funciona lá!

Tente reinstalar alguns pacotes como os pacotes upstart e initscripts, etc.
