Como resolvo o pacote não totalmente instalado (python3-setuptools)?

Eu estava tentando instalar o python3-setuptools, e quando eu corro

$ sudo apt-get install python3-setuptools

Eu recebo este erro:

Eu tentei apt-get clean , apt-get autoclean , apt-get remove python3-setuptools , dpkg --remove python3-setuptools , apt-get install -f , dpkg -P --force-remove-reinstreq , dpkg -P --force-all --force-remove-reinstreq e dpkg --purge , mas nenhuma delas funcionou.

Teste sudo apt-get install -f para resolvê-lo.
Isso tentará corrigir um sistema com dependências quebradas.
