não consigo instalar o plugin do eclipse para openframeworks?

Eu tentei instalá-lo a partir de "help - > install new software", mas estou recebendo um erro. Eu tenho o eclipse-cdt e mostra este erro:

Exclua o arquivo artifacts.xml no diretório raiz do Eclipse e, em seguida, reinicie o Eclipse. Isso consertará o problema. Isso funciona no Eclipse Luna.
