Você poderia, por favor, me dizer o que há de errado com o meu MySQL?

... significa que você tem problemas com suas tabelas.

Correção fácil:

mysql -u{user} -p

E no prompt do MySQL, faça ...

>use {database};
>repair table {table};

para todas as tabelas marcadas como falhas. Cada reparo terminará com um relatório semelhante a:
