Quando tento atualizar meu 18.04 com o comando sudo apt update , tenho os seguintes resultados e não sei como resolver. Alguém pode me ajudar com isso? Obrigado.

Primeiro, não vejo por que você não pode atualizar. Sim você pode.
Com isso fora do caminho, você adicionou um PPA para o ubuntu-tweak, que não tem pacotes para o 18.04. Remova-o com
sudo ppa-purge ppa:trebelnik-stefina/ubuntu-tweak
PS: Caso o ppa-purge não esteja instalado, instale-o.
