apt-get update mostra que “bionic-getdeb Release 'não possui um arquivo Release” em 18.04

Eu estava tentando instalar o pycharm no ubuntu bionic beaver (18.04).

Eu tentei os seguintes comandos:

 sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu $(lsb_release -sc)-getdeb apps" >>  /etc/apt/sources.list.d/getdeb.list'
 wget -q -O - http://archive.getdeb.net/getdeb-archive.key | sudo apt-key add -
 sudo apt update

Mas o apt update mostra o seguinte:

Eu tentei muitas soluções on-line, como mudar o servidor do principal para a Índia e vice-versa. Mas não foi possível corrigir o problema. Também o link link dá erro 404.

De acordo com ubuntuupdates.org não há repo para biônico, daí a sua mensagem de erro.
