Não consigo instalar ou remover nenhum aplicativo

Eu recebo uma notificação para atualizar o libreoffice, mas eu deletei o libreoffice e instalei o openoffice muitas vezes atrás, então quando eu quero instalar ou remover qualquer aplicativo eu recebo este erro:

Não consigo instalar o synaptic para resolver este erro, porque recebo isso novamente! Nota: Eu tentei sudo apt-get -f install , mas recebo esse erro novamente! Como posso resolver isso?

sudo dpkg --configure -a para tentar resolver essas dependências quebradas. mais informações sobre o dpkg podem ser encontradas nas páginas de manual do ubuntu: manpages do dpkg
