Por algum motivo, a linha de resumo de estatísticas do pacote parece diferente na minha máquina para outras que eu vi e, pelo que eu posso dizer, também o código-fonte.
$ sudo apt upgrade --assume-no
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Calculating upgrade... Done
0 to upgrade, 0 to newly install, 0 to remove and 0 not to upgrade.
A linha de resumo mostra:
to upgrade
to newly install
to remove
not to upgrade
O código-fonte parece mostrar:
upgraded
newly installed
to remove
not upgraded
apt-private /private-output.cc
634 ioprintf(out,_("%lu upgraded, %lu newly installed, "),
635 Upgrade,Install);
636
637 if (ReInstall != 0)
638 ioprintf(out,_("%lu reinstalled, "),ReInstall);
639 if (Downgrade != 0)
640 ioprintf(out,_("%lu downgraded, "),Downgrade);
641
642 ioprintf(out,_("%lu to remove and %lu not upgraded.\n"),
643 Dep.DelCount(),Dep.KeepCount());

Em outro host Xenial, vejo a linha esperada:
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Alguém sabe onde esta frase diferente está aparecendo?
