Ao ler os documentos para subjectAltName , percebi que meu certificado exibiu Version: 1 enquanto os documentos mostre Version: 3 .

Para obter um Version 3 cert, eu especifiquei a opção -extfile :

Se você quiser adicionar 127.0.0.1 , você deve escrever:

Se você adicionar DNS.1 = 127.0.0.1 chrome, retornará ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID .

No Windows, salve este script na sua pasta SSL como makeCert.bat. O certificado auto-assinado que ele faz satisfará a exigência do Chrome ver 58+ para SAN (Subject Alternative Name).

Eu atualizei o arquivo em lote do STWilson para remover o material COM, já que o host local realmente não tem isso e eu quero um certificado SSL localhost auto-assinado para desenvolvimento. Eu também adicionei alguns arquivos adicionais como um arquivo .pfx e .pem.key.
