Login automático para o Vodafone Community WiFi (Fon) via script Unix

Primeiro, devo dizer que minha pergunta é semelhante a esta

Estou usando um AP da Vodafone Community Fon e ele geralmente é desconectado. No OS X, que estou usando, existe uma ferramenta chamada Captive Network Assistant para conectar a esses APs. Ele faz o trabalho, mas infelizmente ele não mantém o nome de usuário / senha (eu abri um relatório de bug com a Apple), então cada vez eu tenho que digitá-los novamente.

Eu tenho o curl, lynx, wget instalado, mas sou um noob com essas ferramentas. E eu posso conseguir o que for necessário via Macport. Com o Google Chrome, identifiquei alguns URLs para o login, mas nenhum funcionou. Pelo menos eu não podia fazê-los funcionar. Aqui algumas amostras:

Em que USER é o nome de usuário, DOMAIN é o domínio do endereço de e-mail. Eu mudei alguns números com pontos no campo de senha por razões de segurança, que poderiam ser uma criptografia da senha que eu uso.

Tentei passar as credenciais com wget / curl / lynx, mas sempre recebo uma URL de retorno com uma "PASSWORD BAD" no link.

Alguém tem uma solução para isso?

Eu finalmente encontrei a solução. Pode demorar alguns loops para se conectar, mas no final end autentica. Ele funciona no OS X El Capitan 10.11.4, qualquer ajuste para versões anteriores do OS X (se necessário) ou Linux deve ser fácil.

Cuidado com o que precisa ter o "wget" instalado e no $ PATH.

Para iniciar o script como um agente do usuário do OS X no login verifique isso . Aqui está o script:
