ubuntu erro de dependência do pacote

Question

Webmin estava atualizando pacotes e algo deu errado depois disso e agora não consigo instalar nada. Até meu servidor apache está inativo. Quando eu digito

apt-get install apache2

eu recebo este erro

então eu corri apt-get dist-upgrade e tenho isso
