Como posso forçar a notificação Growl da faixa do iTunes em reprodução no momento?

Eu gostaria de uma tecla de atalho para dizer (pergunte educadamente) Growl para lançar uma notificação do que está jogando no iTunes.

Eu pesquisei um pouco, mas não consegui encontrar uma resposta "lá fora".

Se você preferir o formato que o GrowlTunes fornece, você também pode criar um script que o use:

Meu Applescript hackeado postado abaixo. Isso corresponde à saída Growl do iScrobbler. Graças ao Tentáculo pelo trabalho! Há informações sobre como configurar o Quicksilver para iniciar o script aqui .

Você pode usar um applescript para isso (não lembro onde eu consegui isso) - Eu compilei isso para um aplicativo acionado pelo Quicksilver, para obter uma notificação imediata do que está jogando quando eu quero, mantendo o iTunes minimizado em todos os momentos :
